Ordering & Waiting times

All our items are unique designs handmade by Sarah, Little Knitwitz Founder & Designer, so waiting times reflect current workloads.

Headbands & Accessories

Accessories are handmade on a WEEKLY basis and posted 1st class on Thursdays. Orders placed before 12 noon on Wednesdays are dispatched next day (Thurs). Orders placed after noon will be made and dispatched the following week. If you are in a rush for your accessories, you can purchase a Rush Order for a small fee.

Knitted & Personalised Items

All knitted and personalised items are handmade to order, unless they are ‘ready to ship’ (RTS). Current Waiting times are displayed here and also on the homepage

Payment

We accept PayPal & all major credit cards via the PayPal system
(Just follow the steps then enter your card details when prompted)

IMPORTANT: Adding to basket does not secure your item, only a confirmed checkout and payment means the item is yours. Valid orders are confirmed via email, and you can also check your order history.

By ordering from Little Knitwitz, you agree to the waiting times and these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any order which does not meet these requirements.

Worldwide Shipping

Established in 2011, we proudly ship items to top Newborn Photographers from all over the world including UK, Europe, USA, Canada & Australia.

Royal Mail Large Letter – 1st Class Headbands
Royal Mail Small Parcel – 1st Class signed for Hats & Larger items 
or via international AIRMAIL (5 -10 days)

Postage costs include a small handling & packaging fee. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage costs vary according to total weight & reflect Royal Mail tariffs. We advise you to group your items in one single order.

Packaging

Hats & delicate items are sent in rustic kraft boxes for protection and presentation, with cute paper straw & tags. Accessories are posted out in pretty packaging making them ideal baby shower gifts or party favours.

Returns

** Please note Items are handmade to order so refunds cannot be issued unless the item is faulty or due to our error.

We hope you’ll will be delighted with your purchase. However If for any reason you are unhappy with something, please get in touch in the first instance. Should a return be agreed, return the product unused, unworn, in its original condition/packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We will refund the cost of the product only (not postage) as soon as possible following an agreement to do so. Return address supplied following agreement. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
